Poor postural alignment can be the reason for a lot of aches, pains, and lack of mobility. Having poor posture causes increase in strain to your joints and muscles that end up working overtime to maintain your body upright. This can lead to muscle strains, sprains, and other musculoskeletal problems.
At AAA PT, our dedicated physical therapists will work with you to achieve better posture. This will allow you to move with more freedom and make you feel more confident with your movement. To improve your physical stance, you will need to strengthen your core muscles and stabilizer muscles all around your body. Also, you need to be more conscious about your positioning throughout the day. Your rehabilitation specialist will give you instructions and suggestions in order for this to be more suitable to your way of life at work, in school, and at home.
