AllCare of Maryland Urgent Care Center was a long-term dream finally realized 10 years ago. After 20 years of leading prominent military and civilian emergency rooms across the country, Dr. Kim wanted to bring his expertise to Howard County to fill the need for a local community-based urgent care center.

Dr. Kim leads a team of physicians and nurse practitioners, who treat patients of all ages infants, adults and geriatric patients. Dr. Victor Kim, who is a FACEP, Board Certified Emergency Room Physician with over 20 years of experience leading teams as a Medical Director at Pensacola Naval Base Hospital, NorthWest Hospital, the Emory Hospital system and other notable hospitals.
