This office understands that there is never a “right time” for your legal concern. Your life is busy; and now you have to find time to deal with insurance companies pushing you around; or getting rid of harassing debt collectors; or maybe it is just time to get your wills done or re-done. The last thing you need is the hassle of a lawyer who insists that his time is more important than yours; and wants to see you at their “glitzy” office where you have to pay to park. Most days we can see you as early as 8:00 am and many nights as late as 7:00 pm. The office is located at 7602 Harford Rd. three miles south of Beltway Exit 31A on Harford Road, and 2 blocks south of the intersection of Harford Road and Taylor Avenue (directly across from the Parkville Shopping Center). We can see you on your time. We can even come to your house or hospital.
This office also understands that your legal problem or concern is scary, and the last thing you need is to be overcharged for confusing advice. We will never charge a fee for the first 1/2 hour of any consultation. In most cases, at the end of that time we should have a fairly good idea of how we will proceed to have your concerns addressed. If it is a personal injury or work related accident, and we agree to take your case, you do not pay us either a fee or expenses unless there is a recovery by settlement or judgment. If the case is going to be handled on an hourly or flat fee basis, such as for wills, contracts, general litigation, criminal or other matters, our advice will be based on the approach that is the most cost effective and practical solution to your problem. We will give you good common sense advice in an informal setting. And, if we can’t solve your problem – we will get you to someone who can.
